Drapolene is a protective, antiseptic cream that cools and soothes soreness and irritation, while preventing infection. It is suitable for the prevention and treatment of urinary ammonia dermatitis (urinary rash), particularly infant nappy rash, and for the treatment of minor wounds and injuries.

The active ingredients in Drapolene: benzalkonium chloride and cetrimide have antiseptic and disinfectant properties, while the soft paraffin, cetyl alcohol and wool fat provide protection and hydration.
  • Pink cream containing: Benzalkonium chloride 0.01% w/w, Cetrimide 0.2% w/w
  • Prevention and treatment of urinary ammonia dermatitis, particularly nappy rash; treatment of minor burns, limited sunburn and the effects of weather
  • Adults: apply as needed
  • Children: apply evenly at each nappy change, particular attention being applied to skin folds
