Directions for use: Fullfast Spray must be shaken well before use. Pump 3 sprays in the mouth (preferably under the tongue) a few seconds apart, 5 times per day, if possible at least 30 minutes before or after meals. To be used regularly. Use in conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise program.
