Equazen Triple Strength is a great and easy way to get a balanced intake of Omega-3 and Omega-6. Fatty Acids such as Omega-3 contribute to good health, they play a role in almost every cell of your body.

Directions:
1 capsule per day with food.
When starting supplementation it is recommended to take 2 capsules per day for the first 12 weeks to help balance essential fatty acids in the body.
