Directions for Use:
On initial use depress pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing.
Shake well before use and carefully spray into your mouth, onto the inside of the cheek and hold for a few seconds. Take sprays daily, together or separately.
For women trying for a baby or pregnant: Take 4 Sprays daily.
For adults regular use: Take 2 sprays daily.
For children 9+: Take 1-2 sprays daily.
For children 3-8: Take 1 spray daily
