Calpol Ibuprofen Suspension Sachets contain a colourless, sugarless strawberry flavoured oral suspension with ibuprofen. Each sachet works to relieve and reduce symptoms of cold and flu, fever and aches and pains such as toothache, strains and sore throat.
  • 12 x 5ml sachets.
  • Strawberry flavour.
  • For the relief of aches, pain and fever.
  • Reduces fever and high temperatures.
  • For infants aged 3 months to 12 years.
  • Each 5ml sachet contains 100mg ibuprofen.
  • Measuring spoon included.
  • Sugar and colour free.
Calprofen Ibuprofen Suspension Sachets will relieve and reduce symptoms experienced from aches and pains such as headache, earache, sprains and strains, post immunisation fever, teething and toothache, colds and influenza symptoms and minor muscular aches and pains.

Directions for use:
For oral use only.
Follow dosage guidelines below and never exceed the stated dose.

Post-immunisation fever:
Half a sachet (2.5ml), followed by another half a sachet (2.5ml) six hours later if necessary.
Do not give more than 2 doses in 24 hours and if the fever is not reduced you should consult your doctor.

For pain and fever relief:
Babies under 3 monthsNot recommended
3 months - 6 months (weighing over 5kg)Half a sachet (2.5ml) 3 times a day. Do not use for more than 24 hours.
6 months - 12 monthsHalf a sachet (2.5ml) 3 times a day
1 year - 2 yearsHalf a sachet (2.5ml) 4 times a day
3 years - 7 yearsOne 5ml sachet 3 to 4 times a day
8 years - 12 yearsTwo 5ml sachets 3 to 4 times a day
  • Doses should usually be given every 6-8 hours, leave at least 4 hours between doses.
  • Do not give to babies aged 3-6 months for more than 24 hours.
  • For short term use only.
If symptoms persist consult your doctor.

In the event of an overdose, immediate medical advice should be sought after, even if the child seems well. Do not give your child this medicine if they are taking any other NSAID painkillers, or aspirin with a daily dose above 75mg or if they have ever had a reaction to any of the ingredients.

Keep out of sight and reach of children.

Ensure the cap is securely engaged at all times.
Only to be given to children over 3 months.
Always use the spoon provided.
Always discard any unused contents of an open sachet.
Consult a doctor before use if your child is taking any other medicines.
Speak to a doctor before use if your child has or has had asthma, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, a stroke, heart, liver, kidney or bowel problems.
Do not store above 25°C.
Store in the original packaging.
