Thermoskin Elastic Ankle Wrap with adjustable velcro strap allows you to apply additional compression either medially or laterally when needed for most ankle ailments.

Measure around foot under the arch.

Instructions:
Place foot in elastic sock, take wrap and cross over the top of foot and under the arch.
Then wrap around the ankle attaching the hook closer for desired compression.
Turn inside out to use on either ankle.

Care Instructions:
Recommend placing product in a delicate washing bag.
Machine wash in cold water.
Drip dry.
Do not wring, twist, tumble dry, bleach or dry in direct sunlight.
