Kedley Therapy Plus Hot/Cold Gel Pack

Soothe muscle aches, ease stiff joints, and reduce swelling naturally with the reusable Kedley Therapy Plus Hot/Cold Gel Pack for targeted, drug-free relief. The compress can be cooled in the fridge or freezer to help reduce swelling and relieve inflammation, or heated in the microwave to ease aches and pains associated with arthritis and muscle stiffness. A protective positioning pouch is supplied for easy application.

• Hot therapy for relief from: Muscle aches, back pain, sinusitis, menstrual cramps.
• Cold therapy for relief from: Toothache, swelling, fever, headaches.

Instruction for use:

Cold therapy - Place pack in freezer for approximately 2 hours before use.
Hot therapy (Microwave): Place the pack in a clean microwave oven at 600W maximum for 15-20 seconds; test the heat and repeat at 5-second intervals until the desired heat is reached.
Apply the pack in 5-20 minute intervals or until symptoms are relieved.

Precautions:
For external use only. Do not place the gel pack directly onto the skin. Use only under adult supervision. For serious/reoccurring injuries or if a rash/discomfort develops, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice. This product contains latex, which may cause allergic reactions.

Washing & storage:
Hand wash in lukewarm soapy water, rinse and air-dry. Store in a cool, dry place and away from direct heat and sunlight.
