Directions for Use:
Use sharp scissor to trim insoles to your size following the printing guild on reverse side. For best fit do not cut too small.
Insert into shoes with the fabric side up.
To wash: gently hand wash in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly away from direct heat.
