It only takes 90 seconds to heat your Forever Friends Bottle in the Microwave. The bottle remains warm for hours and releases the scent of French Lavender to help you completely unwind. Forever Friends Bottle is ideal for soothing muscle aches and pains such as stomach ache and menstrual pains, back ache and head ache. It's great to cuddle up to in bed for those long, cold wintry nights and so comforting after a stressful day. The bottle is suitable for the young and the old, is completely safe and easy to use and avoids the risk of getting burnt by pouring in hot water. Safety guidelines are included with microwave times. If you enjoy the aromatherapy scent, you can "top up" with lavender or other essential oils by dripping the oil directly onto the fabric. The bottle can be cleaned using a damp cloth (not to be submerged in water).
