Adults The elderly & Children over 12 years.	Swallow one to two tablets with water to start with, preferably with or after food, followed by one to two tablets every four hours if necessary, up to three times a day. Do not take more than six tablets in any twenty-four-hour period. Do not continue use for longer than three days without consulting your pharmacist or doctor. Do not exceed the stated dose.	Do not take if you: Have ever had a stomach ulcer, perforation of bleeding. Are allergic to ibuprofen (or anything else in this medicine), aspirin, or other related painkillers. Are taking any other NSAID painkillers, or aspirin with a daily dose above 75mg. Are in the last three months of pregnancy.
