Fortisip Bottle is a food supplement for special medical purposes and for use under medical supervision. It can be used to supplement the diet of patients unable to meet their nutritional requirements from other foods or as a sole source of nutrition.
Conditions: Alzheimer's Disease, Cancer/Oncology, Critical Care: Burns etc, Cystic Fibrosis, Dementia/Alzheimers, Diabetes, Dysphagia, Gastrointestinal problems, Leg Ulcers/Wound care, Malabsorption/Maldigestion, Malnutrition/Undernutrition, Neurological: Multiple Sclerosis etc., Parkinson's Disease, Poor appetite/Anorexia, Respiratory Disease/COPD, Stroke/CVA, Swallowing problems/Dysphagia, Weight loss in older adults.
Fortisip Bottle is also available in 7 other flavours: Neutral, Vanilla, Chocolate, Caramel, Orange, Strawberry and Tropical.
Directions for use: Fortisip Bottle is best served chilled. Shake well before opening. Consume within 24 hours.
