Almus Ibuprofen and Codeine 200mg / 12.8mg (32) Tablets for the short term treatment of moderate pain that is not relieved by Aspirin, Ibuprofen or Paracetamol alone. The medication combines Ibuprofen 200mg and Codeine Phosphate Hemihydrate 12.8mg to provide a formulation of dual action pain relief for the treatment of;

• Headaches & Migraine.
• Rheumatic & Muscular Pain.
• Backache.
• Period pain.
• Dental Pain & Neuralgia.

Dosage: Take the lowest amount for the shortest possible time to relieve your symptoms. Do Not take more than 6 tablets in 24 hours. Do Not take more often than every 4 hours.

Children Aged 12 to 18yrs	One or Two	Every 6 Hours
Adults over 18yrs	One or Two	Every 4 to 6 Hours

Cautions and Warnings:

• Do not take more than the stated Dose.
• If you need to take this medication continuously for more than THREE days please seek a further consultation with your Pharmacist or Doctor.
• This medication contains Codeine which can cause addiction.
• If you take this medication for the treatment of headaches for more than 3 days ~ it can make them worse.
• Do not give this medication to Children under 12 years, due to the risk of severe breathing problems.
• Do not take if you have a stomach Ulcer, peroration or bleeding.
• Do not take if you are currently taking Aspirin with a daily dose exceeding 75mg.
• Do not take if you are pregnant and / or breastfeeding.

Ingredients: Codeine Phosphate Hemihydrate 12.8mg and Ibuprofen 200mg
Excipients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Sodium Starch Glycolate, Pregelatinised Maize Starch, Hypromellose.

The Tablet Coating contains Hypromellose, Titanium Dioxide (E171), Talc.
