Fenox Nasal Spray contains the active ingredient:

Phenylephrine Hydrochloride BP 0.5% w/v.

It also contains the following inactive ingredients:

Cetrimide Ph Eur
Glycerin Ph Eur
Methylhydroxybenzoate Ph Eur
Purified Water Ph Eur

For relief of nasal congestion in head colds, catarrh, sinusitis and hayfever.

Do not use this product if you are sensitive to any of the ingredients listed above'

Do not use Fenox Nasal Spray if you are currently taking or have ceased taking Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors within the past 14 days, or if you are taking Tricyclic Antidepressants.

Use this product with caution if you suffer from hypertension (high blood pressure), hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid gland), arterial sclerosis (thickening of blood vessels) or cardiovascular disorders such as ventricular tachycardia (increased heart rate which may result in palpitations), myocardial disease or bradycardia (decreased heart rate).

Consult your doctor before taking Fenox Nasal Spray if you are taking Guanethidine or any similar adrenergic neurone blocking drugs, reserpine or methyldopa. If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, use only on medical advice.

Directions
Blow nose to clear the nasal passages. Hold bottle upright and insert the nozzle into the nostril. Firmly squeeze the sides of the bottle, sniffing to draw the Fenox well into the nasal cavity. Use night and morning or every 4 hours if necessary.

Adults, the elderly and children over 12 years:
Squeeze twice into each nostril.

Children under 5 years:
Only on medical advice.
