Directions: Adults and children (12 years & older): without tilting head, apply 2-3 sprays per nostril 4 times a day and avoid inhaling deeply. For best results continue to use for 2 days after symptoms subside.

It is normal to experience increased nasal discharge and a temporary stinging or smarting sensation.
