Sterimar Congestion Relief is a 100% natural sea-water spray which is used to clear congestion in the nose caused by colds or allergies, this is done by draining the fluid from nasal mucosa allowing you to breathe more easily.
The gentle formula relieves the symptoms and washes away cold and flu germs before they begin to effect you.
Directions for Use: Use 2 to 6 times a day for a 10 to 15 day period or as long as your doctor recommends. Sterimar Congestion Relief can be used on its own or with traditional congestion remedies. Insert the nozzle into one nostril and press briefly without tilting your head backwards or sniffing. Blow your nose and repeat in the other nostril. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
