Directions for Use: Shake the bottle before use.
Adults, the elderly and children over 12 years: Rub freely into affected area until fully absorbed. Apply every 3 hours for the first day and then 3 times a day.
Athletes: Use for massage of arm and leg muscles before and after activity. Do not use on broken or irritated skin.
