Hypnotherapy CD's To Help With Stress
The Here to Listen range of Hypnotherapy audio CDs are produced by Sharon Shinwell. Sharon is a qualified Counsellor and Hypno-Psychotherapist, and holds a UK Diploma in Counselling and a Diploma from the National College of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy, and co-author of the book “Ride with Confidence”. She has also been extensively trained by the Samaritan Organization, worked as a Counsellor for the Social Services Family Support Team, a local Education Authority, Victim Support and for General Practitioners
With her Group Therapy qualification, and experience she runs Smoking Cessation Programs for an National Health Primary Care Trust Sharon is trained to offer Hypno-Chemo Psychotherapy, as adjunctive support to terminally ill patients (and their families) as part of their palliative care. Sharon also uses her knowledge of the commercial world to counsel clients with work related issues, and is affiliated to various Employer Assisted Program providers. Telephone counselling, life coaching and casework supervision are other services Sharon offers, as well as producing a range of Self-Hypnosis Audio CD's for a variety of emotional, psychological and physical issues
