Prevention of travel sickness on short journeys: 1 tablet taken 1 or 2 hours before travel. Treatment of travel sickness: 1 tablet as soon as sickness is felt, followed by a second tablet the same evening. A third tablet may be taken the following evening if necessary Children 5-10 years: half a tablet at the same time as for adults Not recommended under 5 years Nausea and vomiting due to other causes: Adults: 1 tablet at night is often sufficient, more frequently twice or three times daily if required.
