Apply to the area which needs relief and gently massage the cream into the affected area until it has been fully absorbed. Apply at least twice daily until the symptoms disappear. Wash hands after use. Avoid excessive exposure of the treated area to sunlight. Not to be used on broken or sensitive skin or if you are sensitive to the product or any of its ingredients.
