Normacol Plus Natural Fibre Sachets x 60 contain frangula, a natural gentle laxative and sterculia, a natural fibre product. Frangula is a traditional herbal laxative.

Sterculia is a vegetable gum obtained from the karaya tree. Sterculia has the advantage of providing fibre in a form that does not produce flatulence and wind commonly associated with other types of fibre. Together these two ingredients act by providing dietary fibre and additional laxative effect to bring natural relief from constipation.

Ingredients:
Normacol Plus Natural Fibre Sachets contain 62% Sterculia BP and 8% Frangula BPC. They also contain sucrose, E110, E127 and E132. Normacol Plus is gluten free.

Directions for Use:
Put the granules on your tongue from the sachet. Just take a few at a time if that is easier. Alternatively you can sprinkle Normacol on soft food such as yoghurt. Swallow them down with plenty of water or cool drink. Do not chew or crush the granules.

Dosage:
Adults: 1-2 sachets. Take this once or twice a day after meals.
Children (6-12 years): The dose is half as much as for adults. Always see read the enclosed leaflet before taking Normacol.

Cautions:
Store in a dry place below 25C.
Do not take Normacol just before going to bed.
If you do not have a bowel movement after taking the granules for 4 days, stop the treatment and consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Keep all medicines out of the reach of children.
