Normacol Natural High Fibre 500g granules contain sterculia a natural fibre product. Sterculia is a vegetable gum obtained from the karaya tree. Sterculia has the advantage of providing fibre in a form that does not produce flatulence and wind commonly associated with other types of fibre.

Normacol Natural High Fibre 500g acts by providing dietary fibre to assist in the relief of constipation. Normacol also contains sucrose and is gluten free.

Ingredients:
Sucrose, Sterculia BP 62%.

Directions for Use:
Put the granules on your tongue from a spoon or your hand. Just take a few at a time if that is easier. Alternatively you can sprinkle Normacol Natural High Fibre granules on soft food such as yoghurt. Swallow them down with plenty of water or cool drink. Do not chew or crush the granules.

Dosage:
Adults: 1-2 heaped teaspoonfuls (5ml spponfuls). Take this once or twice a day after meals.

Children (6-12 years): The dose is half as much as for adults. Always see read the enclosed leaflet before taking Normacol Natural High Fibre 500g.

Cautions:
Do not take Normacol just before going to bed. If you do not have a bowel movement after taking the granules for 4 days, stop the treatment and consult your doctor or pharmacist.
