Directions for Use:
For oral use dissolve 1 film strip in your mouth. To fully dissolve it takes about 3 minutes. During this time do not eat or drink anything. Do not chew or shallow whole the strip.
Do not use more than 15 film strips in one day.
Guidance on suggested amounts for those who wish to stop smoking straight away, cutting down before stopping, and just wanting to stop for short periods of time are on the back of the packaging.
