Niquitin gum is available in two strengths. Niquitin high strength 4mg chewing gum is suitable for those who smoke within 30 minutes of waking. Alternatively Niquitin lower strength 2mg chewing gum is for those who smoke 30 minutes or longer after waking. With time you can gradually reduce the amount of Niquitin gum you chew until you can completely stop.
Step One: Initially chew 8 to 12 pieces of Niquitin gum per day. Continue for up to 12 weeks.
