Dozol Oral Solution provides symptomatic relief from the aches, pains, fever and runny, tickly or stuffy noses associated with colds and flu. It also relives mild to moderate pain such as infant teething pain, headaches and sore throats. The paracetamol and diphenhydramine hydrochloride formula also helps to reduce high temperatures.
