Linoforce contains Linseed, Frangula and Senna. Formulated for constipation and to regulate bowel movement. It works as a bulk laxative, a lubricant and a bowel stimulant. It can taken in water or can even be sprinkled on cereal.Constipation can be a result in a lack of excercise, a lack of fibre, poor fluid intake and for some, it can be a side effect of medicinal drugs. Strong laxatives are often over used and are not healthy for the gut. Linoforce's main ingredient Linseed, acts as a gentle bulking agent, increasing the frequency and quantity of bowel movement. The natural laxatives Senna and Frangula are combined in small amounts, acting as a stimulant. Directions for use: Adults: Take 1 or 2 teaspoonfuls (5-10ml) as required sprinkled over your breakfast cereal or take with 200ml water. If required take a further 1 or 2 teaspoonfuls (5-10ml) in the evening with 200ml water. (It is important to take plenty of fluid with the preparation. Children: This product is not recommended for children. Important! Linoforce, like all laxative products, should not be taken long term unless directed by a healthcare professional.
