It takes a second to catch one but what feels like an eternity to remove them all. To help begin the eradication process, Lyclear have introduced a handy head lice detection kit for the whole family. Each comb is a different colour so you can issue each family member with their own comb. Also included, is a credit card sized plastic magnifier so you can get up close and personal with these itchy little critters. The kit comes with an instruction leaflet that tells you how to use it and all you need to know about head lice and nits. The plastic combs are high quality and do not bend. They are easy to clean with warm soapy water or alternatively, can be thrown away after use. Directions: Wash hair as usual and towel dry. Divide hair into sections and then using the Lyclear Detector Comb, place the teeth at a right angle next to the scalp and slowly draw through the hair. Wipe comb after each use and check teeth for head lice. Express Chemist Tip: Drop head lice from the comb into a strong solution of water and washing-up liquid. This will break the air pocket that surrounds the lice and suffocate them. Always be sure to check in a louses favourite spot - behind the ears and along the neck line.
