Calcium 500mg/Magnesium 250mg plus Boron and Vitamins D & K.

Osteguard provides calcium and magnesium in a 2:1 ratio, along with boron and vitamins D and K, which help the body use calcium. One tablet a day is enough for most diets, but two tablets a day are especially helpful for those who eat very little dairy or for menopausal women.
