Strawberry Flavour. Suitable for Children From 6 months to 12 years of age. Calprofen 16x5ml oral sachets are suitable for babies and children. Can be used for relieving the pain of teething, toothache, sore throat, headache and helps ease the symptoms of colds, influenza, minor muscular and pains. It can also be used to reduce temperature and post-immunisation fever. Store in a cool place. Contents...Each 5ml of suspension contains 100mg Ibuprofen. Also contains: Glycerol (E422), xanthan gum, maltitol (E965), polysorbate 80, saccharin sodium (E954), citric acid monohydrate, sodium menthyl hydroxybenzoate, sodium propyl hydroxybendoate, purified water and strawberry flavour. Dosage... 1 sachet = 5ml. Babies under 6 months - Not recommended. 6 months to 1 year - Half 1 5ml sachet 3x a day. 1 to 2 years - Half 1 5ml sachet 3 to 4x a day. 3 to 7 years - One 5ml sachet 3 to 4x a day. 8 to 12 years - Two 5ml sachets 3 to 4x a day. Post Immunisation fever: Half 5ml sachet(2.5ml), followed by another half sachet six hours later is necessary. No more than two doses should be given in 24hours. Consult doctor if symptoms continue. For short term use only - No more than 3 days. DO NOT EXCEED THE STATED DOSE Warning... This product is not suitable for any child who:- Has had a stomach ulcer, perforation or bleeding.
