Shake the bottle.Do not not exceed 3 doses in 24 hours. Not suitable for adults or children over 10 years. 1 to 2 years: One 2.5ml spoonful. 3 to 5 years: One 5ml spoonful. 6 to 10 years: One to two 5ml spoonfuls. Full list of ingredients: each 5ml of the sugar free oral solution contains Promethazine Hydrochloride 1.5mg • Pholcodine 1.5mg.
