A fresh tincture can be used for respiratory tract infections, stress incontinence and as a supportive treatment in asthma. To be added to water. How it works Galeopsis contains high amounts of silica, saponins and tannins. Silica important in the regeneration and strengthening of tissue adn muscles in the body. High concentrations are usually found in the trachea and lung tissue. High intake of silica can help to strengthen resistance to air borne allergens and pathogens through leukocytosis (a temporary increase in white blood cells). Directions: Add 10-20 drops to half a glass of water and drink it 3 times daily. Children 2-12 years of age can take one drop per year of their age in a little water.
