The blend of essential oils creates natural vapours which act as a decongestant allowing for easier breathing. Ideal at night or after exercise. Directions for Use: Add about half a capful to running water in the bath, then lie back and let the natural vapours gently clear your head and relax your body. Warning: Avoid contact with the eyes.
