Vicks VapoRub has been trusted by generations of parents to help relieve colds and congestion.Vicks VapoRub is used to relieve nasal catarrh and congestion, sore throats and coughs due to colds. It contains aromatic ingredients such as Menthol and Camphor to calm a cough, Eucalyptus to relieve catarrh and Eucalyptus and Menthol to relieve nose congestion.

Contains Turpentine oil, Camphor, Eucalyptus oil and Menthol.
Provides symptomatic relief of sore throats and coughs.
Relieves nasal catarrh and congestion.
Can be melted into hot water and inhaled.
VapoRub is an ointment containing several essential oils: Turpentine oil 5% w/w, Camphor 5% w/w, Eucalyptus oil 1.5% w/w, Menthol 2.75% w/w.
When the essential oils are released, they will help to clear the passages, promote easy breathing and relieve sore throats and coughs due to colds. VapoRub can also be melted into hot water and inhaled as a steam, soothing and clearing the passages.
Directions:Adults: rub on chest, throat and back, leave night clothes loose or melt 2 teaspoonsful in hot water and inhale vapours. Children over 6 months: apply lightly to chest and back. Leave clothes loose for easy inhalation.
