Liquid suspension containing in 5ml: Bismuth subsalicylate 87.6mg. Relieves upset stomach, indigestion and nausea. Controls common diarrhoea. For oral administration from the age of 16 upwards. Sugar Free. Pepto-Bismol's active ingredient Bismuth subsalicylate works in conjunction with the rest of the solution which provides a soothing, antiseptic coating on the stomach and in the intestines. Directions: 30ml in dosing cup and swallow. Repeat every half hour to an hour if needed. No more than 8 doses to be taken in 24 hours. Do not exceed the stated dose or use after expiry date.
