The principle components of the natural mixture are Phosphatidyl Choline, Phosphatidyl Ethanolamine, Phosphatidyl Inositol and related phosphorus-containing lipids. It is now generally recognised that the most important ingredient of Lecithin in certain aspects is Phosphatidyl Choline.
