Help yourself to better bladder control and improved sensation during lovemaking...
With the Pelvic Floor Educator you can clearly see if you are doing your pelvic floor exercises correctly. Ideal for beginners wanting to maintain the health of their pelvic floor muscles and women suffering mild stress incontinence.
The unique shape of the Educator allows it to follow the movement of the internal walls of the vagina. This movement indicates how the muscles of your pelvic floor are being contracted and the external indicator part of the Educator allows you to see what is happening. This is known as Biofeedback.
With regular, correct exercises over a period of 3 to 4 months you should notice an improvement.
How to Use:
Either standing, seated or lying down insert the Educator into the vagina so that the main body is fully inside you but the flange holding the wand sits just within the labia. The wand should be fully visible and remain external at all times.
Now try and tighten your muscles as if you were trying to stop peeing or passing wind. If you are pulling up the muscles in the correct way you will notice that the tip of the indicator wand will move downwards, towards the floor.
You might also notice that the indicator wand moves slightly to one side. This is perfectly normal, it shows that one side of the muscles may be stronger than the other.
If you are exercising incorrectly and are "bearing down" as if you were emptying your bowels, the tip of the indicator wand will move towards your stomach.
Clean before and after use
Dry thoroughly before storage.
Peroiodically disinfect in a solution of 1% Sodium Hypochlorite that can be used to disinfect babies' feeding bottles.
Warning! Do not use if pregnant. The Educator is for use by adult females only. |
