Instructions:
Chew one piece of gum when you feel the urge to smoke. Most people use 8-12 pieces of gum a day.

Nicotinell chewing technique:

• Chew one piece of nicotine gum slowly until taste becomes strong.
• Rest the piece of gum between your gum and cheek.
• Chew again when the taste has faded.
• Repeat chewing routine for about 30 minutes.
