Micolette Micro-Enema is for the treatment of acute or chronic constipation. It contains Sodium Lauryl Sulphoacetate 45mg, Sodium Citrate 450mg and Glycerol 625mg.
Each pack contains 12 5ml micro-enemas.
Suitable for those who suffer from acute and chronic constipation.
Can also be used by elderly or disabled people.
Suitable for use by women at the start of labour.
Micolette Micro-Enema contains ingredients which work to help soften the stool and increase the urgency to empty the bowels.
Sodium Lauryl Sulphoacetate: Helps lubricate the stools.
Sodium Citrate: Causes water to be drawn into the bowel making stools softer and easier to pass.
Glycerol: Irritates the wall of the gut which makes the muscles in the intestine contract harder and more often.
Directions for Use: Suitable for adults, the elderly and children aged 3 years and over - Remove cap and lubricate the nozzle with a drop of Micolette. Insert the full length of the nozzle into the rectum (or to half it's length for children) and squeeze tube until the total contents have been administered. Micolette will work within 20 minutes.
Warnings: Talk to your doctor before using if you have been told you have inflammatory bowel disease, if you have any other bowel trouble or if you take any vitamin supplements for any reason.
