Medicare Sport Powrgard Univers Mouthguard is a custom mouldable mouthguard from Powrgard that will fit and protect like a custom made mouthguard. The Univers mouthguard will provide genuine protection for all aged 8 years and older, protecting their teeth, jaw and brain during all low-level contact sports.

The Univers Mouthguard moulds easily for a secure customised fit, it is premoulded to the correct arch form which makes it easier to fit. Suitable for very crowded or misaligned teeth.
Medicare Sport Powrgard Univers Mouthguard also has a thickened base to protect the front teeth and TM joints plus a patented aerofoil base that provides better protection for the jaw joints and a tongue tag.
Directions for fitting: Trim as required then place the guard in a bowl of boiling water for 45 seconds. Remove with a spoon and dip in cool water for 1 second. Insert in upper jaw with tongue tag up. Bite down with tongue pushing outwards and suck in as hard as you can for 20 seconds. Put in cool water for 1 minute and then in the freezer for 2-3 minutes, check the fit. The guard should grip the teeth firmly. You can refit the Powrguard as many times as required by repeating this procedure.
Cleaning instructions: Rinse the mouthguard under warm water.
