Medicool Insulin Travel Wallet will keep your insulin cool without refrigeration for up to 4 days. The pouch is made from a patented fabric technology that keeps insulin cool using evaporation.

    This wallet can help keep the insulin in current use at controlled room temperature (59°F to 86°F) as water in the Thermo-Cool fabric evaporates.

    Outer wallet size: 7.5 inches by 4 inches (19cm by 10cm).

    Directions for use: Soak the blue inner pouch in water for 1-2 minutes or hold and turn vigorously under a running tap for 30 to 40 seconds. Squeeze out excess water or pat dry with a towel. Insert items to be cooled. Pace inner pouch into the outer evaporation wallet. Repeat every 3 to 5 days to reactivate.

    Cautions and Warnings:
  • Read the pharmaceutical companies recommendations for the proper storage and use of insulin products.
  • Do not place your wallet into a zip lock style bag during normal use as this will prevent water evaporation and therefore interfere with the cooling process of the wallet.
  • Medicool is for insulin bottles or pens currently in use. Unopened bottles of pens should be kept in a refrigerator until ready for use.
