Directions:
- Adults, the elderly and children over 12 years of age: Three or four tablets to be swallowed whole (do not chew) one hour before bedtime.
- Do not take the tablets on an empty stomach.
- Not recommended for children under 12 years old.

- Do not take if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.

Ingredients: Valerian Powdered Extract 4:1(equivalent to 180mg Valerian Root) 45mg, Passiflora Powdered Extract 5.35:1(equivalent to 90mg Passiflora herb) 16.82mg, Wild Lettuce Powdered Extract 4:1(equivalent to 90mg Wild Lettuce)22.5mg, Vervain Powder 60mg, Powdered Hop Strobile 30mg, also contains sucrose.
