Directions:
Take with your main meal: 1 x Omega-3 capsule (Turquoise blister) 1 x Glucosamine tablet (Dark Blue blister) 1 x Collagen tablet (Pink blister)
Swallow with a glass of water or cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
Jointace contains glucosamine from natural chitin. Do not take if you are allergic to fish or shellfish. Consult your doctor if you have epilepsy or are taking oral anticoagulants (eg, Warfarin), or if you are diabetic. The benefits of the ingredients in Jointace are thought to build over time. A regular intake is therefore recommended. Jointace is recommended with a balanced diet, rich in fish oil.
