It contains peppermint oil, which helps to relax the digestive system and relieve pressure from within.How to use ColperminAdults over 15 years of age: take 1 Colpermin capsule 3 times a day with a glass of water. Colpermin should not be taken by children. You should swallow the Colpermin capsule whole and not chew it. This is because the contents are designed to be released slowly in the intestine. If you chew the tablet, it will break down entirely in the stomach and not work at all.
If your symptoms are severe, you can take 2 capsules at a time. However, do not take more than 3 doses per day.
