About ColofacColofac provides effective relief of abdominal pain, cramps and wind associated with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).How to use ColofacMany people find that their symptoms are worst after a meal. Thus, for ideal results, you should swallow one Colofac tablet whole with water 20 minutes before each meal. Take Colofac up to 3 times per day. Colofac is suitable for adults and children over 10 years.Colofac - IngredientsColofac comes in a round, white, sugar coated tablet containing Mebeverine hydrochloride 135mg. Mebeverine works by calming muscle spasms in the gut. Colofac also contains lactose, starch, povidone, talc, magnesium stearate, sucrose, gelatin, acacia and carnauba wax.
