Directions for Use:
Add one sachet to 240ml of whole milk in a shaker or glass and shake/whisk thoroughly.
Drink immediately or refrigerate for up to 24 hours, stir before serving.
Suggested intake is 1-2 serving a day unless otherwise directly by a healthcare professional.
