Aquamol is a rich emollient with a hydrating formula that deeply moisturises and softens the skin, and sustains that moisture for longer. Aquamol is especially effective if applied immediately after washing to counteract the loss of essential oils from the skin.

Before you use Aquamol:
Do not use if you or your child have:
An allergy to any of the ingredients listen.
Avoid contact with the eyes.
If the skin is badly cracked, infected or bleeding talk to your doctor before using Aquamol.

Pregnant or breastfeeding:
Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding is unlikely to have any ill effects when used as directed.
If unsure, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.

Important ingredient information:
Aquamol contains cetearyl alcohol which may cause local skin reactions (e.g. contact dermatitis).
If Aquamol is absorbed by dressings or clothing the fabric can be more easily ignited with a naked flame.

How to use:
Ensure hands are clean before applying Aquamol.
Adults and children over 1 year:
Apply liberally to the affected area and smooth gently into the skin following the direction of the hair growth until the cream turns from white to colourless.
Use as often as required, but at least twice daily at regular intervals.
Aquamol can also be used as a soap substitute.

If you accidently swallow some see a doctor straight away.
Take the pack with you to show which product you have swallowed.

Possible side effects:
Known side effects are mild and uncommon.
They are:
Stinging or itching when first applied.
Dry or discoloured skin.
Worsening of eczema.
If you notice any side effects or your condition worsens, stop use and tell your doctor or pharmacist.
They will tell you what to do.

Storing the cream:
Do not store above 25°C.
Do not freeze.
Do not use after the expiry date shown on the carton.
Use within 2 months of first opening.

Ingredients:
Purified Water, White Soft Paraffin, Liquid Paraffin, Cetearyl Alcohol, PPG-5-Ceteth 20, Disodium Cocoamphodiacetate, Polysorbate 60, Sodium Chloride, Chlorocresol, Citric Acid Monohydrate.
