Directions for Use: Chew for one minute and then let the gum rest against your cheek. Do not use more than 15 pieces of Niquitin gum a day. Your three step plan shouldn't last more than 9 months unless otherwise directed by your Doctor/Pharmacist.
Step 1: 8-12 pieces chewed daily for up to 3 months.
Step 2: Gradually reduce Niquitin gum use to 1-2 pieces daily.
Step 3: Chew a piece of Niquitin gum if sudden cravings tempt you to smoke.
