Niquitin Mint Gum 2mg is part of a programme designed to support you whilst quitting. The gum helps reduce nicotine withdrawal symptoms, such as cravings. Follow the three step programme to double your chances of quitting smoking.
Directions for Use: Chew for one minute and then let the gum rest against your cheek. Do not use more than 15 pieces a day. Your three step plan shouldn't last more than 9 months unless otherwise directed by your Doctor/Pharmacist.
Step 1: 8-12 pieces chewed daily for up to 3 months.
Step 2: Gradually reduce gum use to 1-2 pieces daily.
Step 3: Chew a piece of gum if sudden cravings tempt you to smoke.
