Lemsip Flu 12hr Ibuprofen and Pseudoephedrine are sustained-release capsules containing a combination of active ingredients which are effective in reducing the symptoms associated with heavy colds and influenza. It is important to drink plenty of liquid when suffering from colds and or the flu.
Green and red hard shell capsules.

Contains 300mg Ibuprofen and 45mg Pseudoephedrine.
12hr sustained release.
Reduces heavy cold and flu symptoms.
Ibuprofen is a pain killer, an analgesic. It is effective in relieving a headache and body aches and pains. It can also reduce fever. Two thirds of the ibuprofen is released gradually over several hours to prolong the relief of symptoms.
Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride reduces swelling in the passages of the nose, nasal decongestant, which relieves a blocked or runny nose. All of the pseudoephedrine hydrochloride is released from the capsules gradually.
Do not take if you:
Are allergic to any ingredients in these capsules or NSAIDs.
Are taking NSAIDs or more than 75mg aspirin per day.
Have high blood pressure or a serious heart condition.
Have or have had a stomach ulcer, perforation or bleeding.
Are in the last three months of pregnancy.
Have asthma, hives or rhinitis.
Dosage: Adults and children 12+: a single dose of 2 capsules every 12 hours. Do not exceed 4 capsules in 24hrs.
Allergen advice: Contains Ibuprofen.
Caution: DO NOT EXCEED STATED DOSE and DO NOT GIVE TO CHILDREN UNDER 12.
This product is intended for short-term use only. You should take the lowest dose for the shortest time necessary to relieve your symptoms. You should not take these capsules for longer than 10 days. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult your doctor.
Ingredients per capsule: Ibuprofen 300mg and Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride 45mg. Encapsulated with: Sugar Spheres (Sucrose), Shellac, Poovidone K30, Sodium Starch Glycollate, Methacrylic Acid Copolymer and talc. Capsule Ingredients: Gelatin containing Permitted Shell Colorants; Quinoline Yellow (E104), Indigotin (E132), Erythrosin (E127) and Titanium Dioxide (E171).
