Lemsip Max Sinus Capsules consist of a combination of ingredients which are effective in relieving the symptoms associated with the pain and congestions of sinusitis. Sinusitis is pain and swelling in your sinuses.
Blue and red hard shell capsules.
16 capsules.
Contains 1000mg Paracetamol, 12.2mg Phenylephrine hydrochloride and 50mg Caffeine per two capsules.
Dual action.
Relieves symptoms from sinusitis.

Lemsip Max Sinus capsules provide effective, non-drowsy relief to blocked sinuses and the pain caused by the pressure. The dual action formula has a decongestant to help unblock your sinuses and an effective painkiller to help relieve the pain.
Paracetamol is a well-known painkiller, analgesic. it is effective against aches and pains including headaches, and can also reduce fever.
Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride reduces swelling in the passages of the nose, nasal decongestant, which relieves a blocked or runny nose. All of the pseudoephedrine hydrochloride is released from the capsules gradually.
Lemsip Max Sinus Capsules also contain caffeine, which acts as a mild stimulant.
It is important to drink plenty of liquid when suffering from colds and or the flu. If your cold and flu symptoms are preventing you from getting a good night's sleep try Lemsip Max All Night Cold and Flu Tablets.
Do not take if:
You are allergic or hypersensitive to any of the ingredients.
You are already taking products with paracetamol in.
You have a serious heart condition.
Have high blood pressure or a serious heart condition.
You are taking or have taken Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors (MAOI antidepressants) within 14 days.
Dosage: Adults and children 12+: Take two capsules every four hours. Do not exceed 8 capsules in 24 hours. Children 6-12 years: Take one capsule every 4 hours. Do not exceed 4 capsules in 24 hours.
Allergen advice: Contains Paracetamol and Caffeine.
Caution: DO NOT EXCEED STATED DOSE and DO NOT GIVE TO CHILDREN UNDER 6.
Active Ingredients per Capsule: Paracetamol 500mg, Phenylephrine hydrochloride 6.1mg and Caffeine 25mg. Other Encapsulated with: Starch, Croscarmellose Sodium, Sodium Laurilsulfate, Magnesium Stearate, Talc, Gelatin, Titanium Dioxide (E171), Quinoline Yellow (E104), Patent Blue B (E131), Erythrosin (E127), Indigo Carmine (E132), Shellac, Tartrazine (E102) and Aluminium Hydroxide.
