Hay-Band has been developed by leading acupuncturists to provide effective relief from hay fever. The band exerts a small amount of pressure on the inside of your elbow which draws energy away from your head which has had known effects on the immune system to help other causes such as headaches, runny noses and itchy eyes.
Directions for use: To locate the Qui-Chi point, with your palm facing down, bend your arm towards you. The point is located at the end of the crease at the elbow. If more than one crease appears, the most prominent should be used. Slide the Hay-Band band up your arm and position the stud facing inwards over the pressure point with the bands passing either side of the elbow. The band may be worn on either arm or additional relief may be felt by wearing one Hay-Band on each arm. The Hay-Band may take five minutes to become effective. If there is no improvement in your condition try making minor adjustments to the position of the stud. The effect may be improved by applying finger pressure to the stud for 5 seconds periods.
Precautions: Prolonged use may cause discomfort in some people.
It this occurs remove the Hay-Band band immediately. If discomfort continues seek medical advice. Avoid use during pregnancy.
